Fit Club Personal Training Studio opened in November
2008 with the vision to provide top of the line training with
pricing options to meet most potential clients’ needs.
Our training focus is on functional
and unconventional training. Working our bodies the way that we use
them! We train body movements, not isolated exercises you find
at traditional gyms. We are
constantly emphasizing stability and body control.
Many exercisers rely on machine
training and simple motions for their weight training regimens.
These isolated styles of training miss the small
stabilizing muscles, the sorts which allow us to maintain body
balance and stability, and help to prevent injuries.
High-quality integrated training will
help your body to become strong, healthy, balanced and stable.
