One on One Training:
One on One personal training is the most effective way to have a training program designed specifically for you.  Our FREE introductory consultation will include several physical and movement tests which help us track your results.  With your baseline test established this aids us in the designing of your Personal Action Plan.
 
   Cost:
   One on One training sessions run approximately 55 minutes at $50.00 per session
 
Small Group Training: Small group training is a great way to get the same results as one on one training but in a group setting.  The group setting gives you the same 55 minute workout but allows you to keep the cost down for each session.  Small groups can be formed ahead of time with your friends or on a “Free Agent Setting” with others looking to form a group.
 
   Cost:
   2-3 clients = $25.00 per person
   4-6 clients = $15.00 per person
 
   * Maximum of 6 individual for small group training*
